Extended abstract submission

Extended abstract submission is open. Extended abstracts are limited to 4 pages. Submission should be a PDF file built using the provided LaTeX or Word template.

To submit an abstract, you must have a Sciencesconf user account (select "create an account" after clicking on the "login" button on the top right) and then log in.

Once logged in, you can submit your abstract following the instructions on the "My Submissions" page. You can modify your submissions up until the submission deadline. When the time comes, you will also be able to view your acceptance notice and, if applicable, the reviewers' comments and proposed modifications.

Papers where the first author is a PhD student who did not defended his/her PhD thesis at submission time (December 15, 2025) or an MS student may apply to the Best student paper award. For this please select "Best student paper award" as submission type. 

All extended abstracts (regular and best student paper award) will be carefully reviewed by the International program committee.
